Rentals of 1 month or longer:  Upon making the reservation your credit card will be charged a deposit the equivalent of 1months rent.  To receive a full refund you must cancel you reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date, 1/2 of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 30-59 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund.

Weekly rentals:  Upon making the reservation you credit card will be charged a deposit equivalent of 1/2 of the weekly stay.  To receive a full refund you must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date, 1/2 of  your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation  7-13 days prior to your arrival date.  If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund.

Nightly rentals: Upon making the reservation your credit card will be charged a deposit the equivalent of the first nights stay. To receive a full refund you must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date, 1/2 of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 7-13 days prior to your arrival date.  If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sorry, there are no pets allowed on the grounds of Lakeshore Resort!! Anyone with a pet no matter how small will be asked to leave and NO REFUND will be issued.
